MPPT controller is bound to replace thetraditional solar controller, from the technical point .However, I do notrecommend that all photovoltaic systems use MPPT controllers. because the costof MPPT controller is higher than traditional solar controller.

       Therefore, in a low-power photovoltaic lightingsystem,the pwm controller is better than mppt controller.But if you use it in PV or High-power off-grid system, I recommend you to use the MPPT controller, which can greatly improve the efficiency.
